How to make a claim
Select the right claim form based on when your policy was purchased. You will be required to advise us of your policy number, the reason for your claim as well as the details of other people and/or suppliers that are involved.
No excess is payable when you’re making a claim.
Retain all your invoices
Ensure that you have kept all purchase invoices to support your claim and that you have reported any theft events to the police within 24 hours. You must notify us of your claim as soon as practicable but in any event no later than within thirty (30) days of an event that is likely to give rise to a claim. A failure to furnish us with notice within the time provided will not invalidate any claim but we may reduce our liability under the policy to the extent to which we have suffered any prejudice due to such failure. You must also apply for any available refund.
